Ürün Açıklaması

Handheld Stretch Films are weather resistant, which helps to maintain the integrity of tracked products during transportation and storage. Protects products from external factors such as dust dirt precipitation Made of high-quality material Due to its stickiness, you do not need to heat the product

Stretch film is a name given to a stretch plastic packaging film that provides bulk and stretched packaging of various materials and materials. As the name of the stretch film suggests, its elastic structure ensures that the packaged products are collected in a taut manner. Another type, Shrink films, are used by wrapping them loosely around the products and then stretching them with heat. Stretch films are used to standardize the loads in pallets and to group smaller scale products together. Decoiler stretch films are used to standardize the loads in pallets and to group smaller scale products together. The main types of stretch film; it can be characterized as hand stretch film, extended core stretch film, machine stretch film and operative stretch film.

The production of stretch film has a very fine detailed structure, while the stretch film material is made of linear low density polyethylene. However, different kinds of polyethylene materials and PVC material are also used intensively in the production of strech film. Most stretch films, which vary depending on their production, have a tensile share of around 100% -300%. The most important characteristics of stretch films are qualities such as tear tension, adhesion and adhesion level, tear resistance, sharpness, puncture resistance, explosion resistance and static discharge.

The most common wrapping material stretch films are obtained by copolymerization of low density polyethylene material with ethylene. The most intense in it are butene, hexene and octene and their derivatives. These materials are very important, especially in terms of elongation and puncture resistance.
